Booking Terms of flexible rates

Flexible Rates - Book in freedom with the possibility of cancellation until 14 days before your arrival.

This rate is subject to the following conditions:

• You need a credit card to make a reservation.
• When booking, the credit card provided will be charged an amount equal to the first night.
• If the card issuing company will deny authorization the reservation will be automatically placed in Waiting status confirmation. At that point, our staff will contact you to get a new card number or to request a deposit equivalent to the first night. This deposit can be sent by bank money wire according to the instructions supplied by us.
• If you have a special agreement discounted rates please indicate it in the reservation. Any agreement will be applicable on the share on the board and not on treatment .
• The rooms are available from 14.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 on day of departure, unless otherwise indicated.
• You can bring small pets at an additional cost of € 30 per day; a meal and a pet bed is included.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON ALL INCLUSIVE RATES: The All inclusive rate is not applicable to special periods (eg Christmas Holidays, New Year, Easter and during mid-August).

Cancellations

• This rate allows cancellation up to 14 days before date of arrival without penalty.
• In case the cancellation is performed less than 14 days before the date of arrival will be the loss of the deposit.
• The same will be in case you do not arrive to the hotel.
• Does not apply The Right of Withdrawal provided for in articles from 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1 lett. n) of the same code; pursuant to article 16 of directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to hotel reservations.

The use of www.relaissanssoucis.it is granted solely to assist customers in determining the availability of accommodation at the Relais Sans Souci & Spa in Viterbo , make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.

The reservation and purchase of travel products and services made via this Website will be governed by deposit and cancellation policies specific to individual products and services. Declares to abide by all the terms and conditions of purchase imposed, including, without limitation , the payment of the amounts due at maturity and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares or services. In some cases, rates and services you selected may be subject to special rules and restrictions. I also declare that I am aware that any violation of these conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of the (s) reservation (s), loss of the sums paid for that ( i) reservation (s). In addition, as a result of such violations, Relais Sans Souci & Spa may charge the costs that will be incurred as a result of the violation, considering the user of the site fully responsible for all charges, fees, duties, tax and / or assessment arising from the use of this Website.
